Why do I not receive the full amount of credit for all articles I sent to Amazon?

Each month, we pay you back the amount of of credit for shipped articles that were actually sold on Amazon. Otherwise, we would have to prepay a lot of money.

In order to keep track, you receive a booking overview of all (partially) outstanding delivery credit notes at the beginning of each month. In this overview, you can also see how much we already paid you.
