What do I do when I get the error message “400 – Bad Request” or “Galaxy down”?

Try the following things:

  • 1. Log out and in again
  • 2. Empty your cache
  • 3. Change your browser
  • 4. Check if any products are selected

If all of this doesn’t help, it is actually our fault. A galactic sorry to you! Open a ticket with the topic “report bug/mistake in the Galaxy” and we’ll take care of it.
