Why is Amazon sending packages to my return address?

If you’re receiving parcels you didn’t expect, it might be due to one of these two reasons:

1. The product cannot be sold because it (or the packaging) is faulty or broken (- mostly not more than a tiny scratch). In this case, we’ll proceed according to what we agreed on during your onboarding process – either send your products to your return address (two times a month) or destroy them.

2. The products have been in the Amazon warehouse for more than 180 days.
Storing goods for this extended period of time will have negative consequences for our account and your sales. That’s why once a month, we send back products that have passed 6 months of storage (just as we agreed upon in the contract). Don’t worry, we’ll always keep at least one product in the warehouse, of course.
