Why has my ticket about changing a listing been closed even though the listing is still the same?

Unfortunately, it keeps happening that Amazon simply doesn't implement changes like that, even if we requested them as a sales rep for your account. In a case like this, please reply to the ticket email and we'll look into it further with Amazon.
