According to §6 Par.4 of the GTC, we are allowed to distribute products of your competitors. Any other regulation would not comply with our business model, since we are a service provider for multiple Amazon sellers - regardless of their competitor status.
However, according to §6 Par. 3, we are not allowed to distribute replicas and rip-offs of your products unless you gave us an explicit permission in writing.
Additionally, we are obliged not to infringe your interests as per § 3 Par. 1. While it is a contractual agreement, it is also a matter of course to us.
