Who will enforce the claims for compensation against Amazon in case of e.g. loss of goods by Amazon?

In case of Amazon’s liability, SPACEGOATS’ affiliates will enforce the claims for compensation. As a contracting party with Amazon, only they are legally allowed to enforce the claims. Due to the regulations in our GTC, SPACEGOATS will supervise the enforcement.

Does SPACEGOATS provide a record for all transactions for e.g. Amazon fees, warehouse charges, etc. so I can set them off against taxes?

Where can I find a list of all affiliates? Why are they not listed in the agreement itself?
