If you've already been selling on Amazon, it depends on what kind of labels you used before: EANs can be continued to use. FNSKUs, on the other hand, are different for every Amazon account. That's why we need to create new labels with this ""Amazon barcode"" for you. Simply order the labels with a service request and we'll implement the FNSKU number in your Onboarding sheet.
If you haven't been selling on Amazon before, you can usually choose which kinds of labels (EAN or FNSKU) you want to use and let us know in the Onboarding process. Please note that some categories require FNSKUs.
