We need the trademark role as the rights holder to place certain content in your name / on behalf of the trademark owner (the highest role of a trademark):
- Listing adjustments / Variant creation in PAN-EU.
- Sponsored Brands can then be switched
- A+ for PAN-EU
- We can submit cases through the Brand Registry if there are any problem cases
Brand usage rights can be transferred and revoked at any time.
