If you are thinking of changing your company's name or legal form, please let us know as soon as possible. Especially from a sales tax point of view, we would have to correct a lot of things if you inform us about the change of name after the fact. For this effort we would then also charge a correspondingly high processing fee.
Please note that we will still have to invoice the previous company, e.g. if these invoices refer to deliveries of goods that were made under the old company. Therefore, your old account will remain with us for accounting purposes. A new account will then be opened for the new company. (Payments only to the new company)
